My little helper for the day was my brother Harvey!

Little hands always come in handy while cooking! And when he heard what i was making, unsurprisingly his ears pricked right up and he was more than happy to be my food tester!

So, to make one of these amazing little treats you will need:

1 Chocolate chip brioche (you can just use normal brioche if you prefer, or if you don’t have brioche in the house normal bread works just as well and is probably slightly less callorific!)

A small knob of butter

A handful of mini marshmallows

Lashings of nutella or just normal chocolate spread works just as well

Grab yourself a chopping board and cut you brioche in half, but only half way so that you can still close it up to make your sandwich.

Cover one half of your brioche in your chosen chocolate spread. Make sure you use lots as it will help keep the sandwich together when we fry it, plus it tastes better! The more chocolate the better!

Once your smothered in chocolate, grab your handful of marshmallows and place them neatly on the other half of your brioche. Try and get the whole half covered if you can, but don’t worry if a couple fall out, i’m sure your little helper will swiftly clear those up for you, mine certainly did!

^ Your going to want more marshmallows that this, make sure the whole half is covered.

Next, carefully fold your brioche back in half so it looks like a full sandwich. Don’t worry if you loose a couple of marshmallows, just squish them back in the side.

Grab yourself a small frying pan and pop your butter in the middle. Put it on a medium heat so that your butter fully melts. Your only using the butter to ensure your brioche doesn’t stick to your pan, so you don’t need loads.

Then just pop in your brioche sandwich. Toast for about a min before flipping it over and doing the same again.

Make sure your marshmallows are well and truly melted before taking it out and enjoying your work of art!
