This year i was privileged enough to get an invite to the Joy AW15 Press Day. As you can imagine, i was super excited! You may remember that i did a post a while back about one of their events they held, so if that was anything to go by, i knew the press day would be great. I have always loved Joy’s stuff, so being given the opportunity to preview their next collection before anyone else had me grinning from ear to ear!
Joy have 2 super excited new brands that are launching, one is called Oola which will be their first official home ware brand to run along side the “gift” section they already offer.
The turquoise trout vase was super popular, although i must say i was a bigger fan of the rabbit head…..the flowers go in the ears!!! I need one…..right now!
Their first rang of phone covers also really caught my eye. I love the colours and the fact that they have covered all trends from geometric shapes to floral patterns.
Love, love, love this Moroccan themed photo frame and little jewellery boxes, very on trend at the moment!
Also loving all the rose golf at the moment. Some of these bits are actually already available online. The mini pineapples, candles and large pineapple are online already, i’m not 100% if they are in stores just yet. The other bits should be available by september at the latest.
The other is a new fashion brand called Valley of the Dolls. I loved this brand A LOT! It’s aimed at a slightly younger market and will have a slightly lower price point in comparison to their other fashion brands, but is obviously just as high quality! It has a real boho/festival feel to it with distinct 70’s prints running throughout. As this brand is a little smaller at the moment, they decided to do a summer and winter launch together.
Completely in love with this piece from the winter range. Its a little dungaree style playsuit that would work perfectly with a long sleeved top underneath as it starts to cool down into autumn.
I’m also desperate to get my hands on this little number before i go away on my holidays! Love the colours and pattern of this piece, as well as the strap detailing. Perfect festival outfit right here ladies! This is also already available online here.
These were also a firm fave of mine. They aren’t available just yet, but i shall be grabbing myself a pair as soon as they are!
Louche, their main fashion brand also had a lovely array of bits, which are due to be dropping into stores between august and december, depending on the style.
Again lots of 70’s patterns in here. As always their knits looked amazing, though my personal fave’s were their coats, oh my lord they are to die for. I can safely say i will be making myself bankrupt this winter by buying them all!!!!
All the fur’s are detachable which is always handy. Makes dressing down an outfit so much easier if needs be.
Their dressy rang, which will be hitting stores the latest, closer towards Christmas time, as well as their accessories are also very exciting. Lots of fur again this year which i’m very pleased about!
Finally, their men’s range Hymn also had some lovely pieces in there. Tailored trousers and smart jackets were the staple pieces, as well as more knits and some lovely accessories.
I am in love with this bag!!!! I want one for myself, let alone anyone else. Isn’t it just lovely, and a great size for those long weekends away.
So keep an eye out all! These pieces will be hitting stores before you know it, and you’ll probably find me first in the cue to buy them all! Happy shopping!
