Last week I went to my first ever Sheer Luxe customer event. To be totally honest with you, I can’t even remember how I stumbled across the SheerLuxe website, it had probably been shared on some social media site that I clicked on, but as soon as I did I immediately favorated it, because I knew I’d be checking it
I signed up to both their Daily Breif emails as well as their SheerLuxe daily emails and honestly, I carve out a good half an hour of my day to read both! I love them! So it’s no surprise that I’ve been itching to go to one of their customer events for a while now, but each one so far always seemed to fall on a day I sadly couldn’t do. So when I got the email through about the Jo Hansford event I was just a tad excited!
Catching up with the girls is probably one of my fave things to do, and when it’s sunny and your in London, Covent Garden tends to just call you! So when the lovely Shay and I get together it always seems to be the place we head to!
On this occasion we popped into Brasserie Blanc, at the top of the piazza with a balcony the runs along the whole width of the place, it’s the perfect outside dinning area for drinks in the sun and some people watching!
As I previously mentioned, I went to taste of London! It was fantastic. Make sure you go next year if you missed out this year.
While I was there I got chatting to a lovely chap called Harry who worked for Deliveroo. For those of you that haven’t seen all their ads all over the tube, they are a new delivery company with a twist. Unlike “justeat” or “hungry house” that will deliver you food from any takeaway restaurant, Deliveroo will bring you food from your fave restaurants that don’t offer a delivery service for a small fee of £2.50. They even deliver to your office! Great idea right! That’s what I thought when I first heard of them a couple of months ago.
I feel like all I’ve done recently is apologise for how rubbish I’ve been at posting! I’m very aware of how shit I’ve been, work has been manic plus a marketing course that I’m doing at the moment seems to be taking up all of my time. But fingers crossed it should all start settling down real soon!
But for now, a catch up is in order! A couple of weekends back, the beautiful Chloe and I sent off for Regent’s Park to gorge ourselves silly at Taste of London.
