The Royal

I am a huge fan of theater. Throughout school I always did drama or performing arts and going to see the shows as part of our “research”. So when I was given the opportunity to go along to the press night of The Royal at Tabernacle in Notting Hill, I jumped at the chance.

Dinner with The Twits

Some of you may remember from a while back, my post about Alice Adventures Underground over at The Vaults. Or my Instagram photos from Bumpass & Parr’s Breathable Alcohol experiment. Well, I am incredibly excited to announce that the teams behind both are collaborating, along with Les Enfants Terribles, ebp and Creature of London, to bring you the first ever interactive theatrical dining experience of Roald Dahl’s The Twits.

Brixton Beach Boulevard

A beach has come to London. No I’m not going crazy, and yes it is a real beach….it just doesn’t have any water at the end of it sadly. But what it does have is its own night club! Brixton Beach Boulevard has arrived.

Swinging Pro – Junk Yard Golf Club

Its one of those date night activities that’s always a little bit different and always brings out our competitive sides. I occasionally cheat, and we always have a “practice” shot if we start off badly, but it’s always great fun. So when we saw Junk Yard Golf Club LDN being advertised all over Facebook we were very keen to give it a go.

It’s safe to say there was a Jessie size hole in my heart when it ended. So when I heard about ABQ’s Breaking Bad pop up I knew I had to go! Luckily my boyfriend knows me too well and this year he added it to my list of birthday activities/presents.

The Gingerline’s Chambers of Flavour

A couple of months back, a lovely colleague of mine Aurelie, told me about this thing that she went to. It sounded UNREAL! A dining experience like no other. A secret, that even the diners know nothing about until 6pm on their designated day. It is called The Gingerline.

Jumping date night

You’ve all heard about these amazing new trampolining parks that have been popping up over the last year or so. Designed mainly for kids they are essentially a room covered in trampolines so you can bounce around to your hearts content and not be too worried about falling off. Well……up until recently they have all been in pretty out of the reach places, and aimed at kids. Well Oxygen Free Jumping had the bright idea of not only finding a London location, but also making it adult friendly too! oxygen free jumping Continue reading
