For those of you that follow me on Instagram, you will know I’m a little bit obsessed with sushi. It’s the one type of food that I don’t think I ever could or would get board of. So when I discovered this little place called sushi café in Battersea, I knew I would quickly become a regular, and I’ve been singing its praises ever since.
Until I started my new job, my old office was based on Gloucester road. A lovely little area just round the corner from South Kensington. It has lots of lovely hotels, some BEAUTIFUL houses but not a tone of great places to eat. Burger King and KFC are the first things that greet you as you come out of the tube for goodness sake! So when I saw that they were opening a new Comptoir Libanais on the same road as said Burger King, I was ecstatic! And even more so when they asked me to come down for dinner and try it out.
For Ed’s birthday this year, being the amazing girlfriend that I am, I booked us a long weekend in Morocco. It’s been on my hit list for a while and is the perfect place if your looking for some winter sun. Its a short flight, pretty much guaranteed sun and lots of culture to soak up.
For those of you that don’t know, I recently started an incredible new job. One of the amazing perks of this new job is getting invited to a tone of new restaurant or bar openings to sample and then create emails or content for. One of the ones I recently got invited to was Ceru in South Kensington.
Well 2017 is now officially in full swing. Most people are back at work and Christmas sadly, already seems like a lifetime ago. So, as is traditional with this time of year, I thought I would have a think forward about what I want to try and achieve this year with my New Year’s resolutions. I also thought if I wrote them down here, I would be a little bit more accountable for them!
