In case you hadn’t noticed by now, i’m a bit of a foodie. By that i mean, I LOVE FOOD! So when i heard that Street Feast was returning to Dalston, just round the corner from my beautiful friend Simona, for the summer i couldn’t resist dragging her down there for some serious indulgence!
With the sun shinning last week, its easy to feel like summer might just be around the corner. I don’t know about you, but when summer’s here my whole appetite changes, its all about light, quick, easy dishes containing nice fresh ingredients. Nothing too heavy! Lots of lovely salads or BBQ food, or spaghetti! As i’m sure ive said before, i love pasta and spaghetti sooooo much. You can top it with anything and make the most wonderful dishes. This one is no exception!
This little breakfast/brunch recipe combines all my fave things, eggs, avocado, tomatoes and parma ham. In my eyes, its the best weekend breakfast meal ever! But i’m a little bias i guess! It’s super easy, super quick, and requires hardly any cooking at all. The best way to impress someone with breakfast in bed but using very little energy!
Come one……you can’t tell me that doesn’t look amazing!!! I’m drooling just at the sight of it!!!
If your on a diet, look away now! I mean it, stop reading this very second, as this will more than throw you off course!
However, if you not and you fancy some serious indulgence this Easter then try this little bad boy out. Super easy to make, super cheap and the perfect snack/dessert to keep the family happy there’s really no reason not to try it……well unless your on a diet!!
